I can only describe the service as seamless, organised and helpful. From the emails (with a phone number in case I had a very specific or difficult problem) to the booking time and date to suit my business. The Technician was friendly experienced and very quick and neat. He diagnosed the problem within a short time, stripped the machine and cleared the fault skillfully. He gave me advice to avoid similar problems in the future He finished up by testing the machine to ensure that the machine was working perfectly once again. Totally recommend Rob to any company.
