Can I take out a HP DesignJet printer maintenance contract if my plotter isn’t working?
No. Your DesignJet needs to be in acceptable working order for us to offer a HP DesignJet maintenance contract. We would need to repair your plotter first before putting it on a service agreement. We can often do this at a reduced rate.
Why is a pre contract inspection required sometimes?
Ensuring that we maintain any HP printers to our minimum standards helps to keep our maintenance costs down for everyone. We will inspect your DesignJet and explain that you will need to renew any parts before we can provide our HP printer maintenance service.
Are all parts included?
Yes, we include all parts except consumable items, such as ink. Our HP DesignJet servicing will keep your plotter maintained and includes all non-consumable parts required as a result of normal use.
Do I have truly unlimited call outs?
Yes you do. We’re confident that our HP DesignJet printer service standards mean your plotter will run smoothly between visits, but if it does have a problem we’re always here to help.
How quickly can you respond if my DesignJet has a problem?
If your DesignJet has a problem and needs servicing, we can normally be with you within 8 hours. We also provide 4 hour HP DesignJet printer support agreements for areas where we have high HP engineer coverage.
Do I have to pay the full amount for my annual DesignJet maintenance agreement in advance?
If the agreement value is over £1,000 + VAT we will happily provide a quarterly payment option at no additional cost.
Do you provide HP DesignJet contracts with cover for more than a year?

While we recommend that most HP DesignJets should have an annual maintenance agreement, we do provide emergency HP plotter repairs for non-contract customers. How much will my HP DesignJet repair cost?

Are your repairs guaranteed?
Yes, we guarantee all our HP printer repairs for 30 days. In the unlikely event that the same fault should reoccur within this time we will provide you with a free of charge call-out.
